- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, event date, the collection you're interested in, an inspiration photo, and anything you write in the quote form. The same applies when you call, text or email us.
- Visit statistics (only if you accept analytics): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.
- Basic technical logs: our web host may record IP addresses and request times to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a quote, design your piñata and arrange delivery.
- To take payment and keep records of your order.
- To understand which pages and piñatas people are interested in (analytics, with your consent).
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, the service that delivers our contact form, Google Analytics (if you accept it), and the payment app or card processor you choose (cash, Venmo, Zelle or card). Each of those services handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Videos and social media on this site
Our homepage video is currently embedded from Facebook, and our TikTok videos load from TikTok when you press play. Those companies may collect information about your visit under their own policies. Links to Facebook, TikTok and YouTube take you to those platforms.
Photos of our work
We love sharing finished piñatas on social media. We never post your inspiration photos or personal details without permission. If you'd rather we didn't share a photo of your finished piñata, just tell us when you order.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and order details for as long as we need them for your order, our records and taxes, and then delete them.

Children
This site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Terms of Service
By using this website or ordering from Piñatas Aylin OKC, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is an estimate until we confirm your design, price and date with you.
- A 50% deposit is required to start a custom order. The remaining balance is due when your piñata is complete.
- We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and major credit cards.
- Please order at least 2–3 weeks ahead for custom designs. Rush orders depend on our schedule and may cost more.
Changes and cancellations
If you cancel before work begins, we refund your deposit in full. Once crafting has started, the deposit is non-refundable because materials have been bought and work has begun. If your event date changes, we're happy to reschedule. Small changes like color tweaks can usually be made at no charge; bigger design changes may add time and cost, and we'll always discuss that with you first.
Delivery
We deliver across the Oklahoma City Metro on a Saturday you choose, or you can pick up in Oklahoma City. Delivery is free on orders over $200 and starts at $25 for smaller orders. Other days may be possible for special cases, and pricing may change. Same-day orders are not available because every piñata is made to order.
Handmade pieces
Every piñata is made by hand, so small differences in color, shape and finish from photos or mockups are normal and part of the charm.
Safe use
Piñatas are party decorations, not toys. Adults should supervise children when a piñata is hung and swung at, keep a clear space around the person swinging, and choose fillings suitable for the guests' ages.
Images you send us
When you send an inspiration photo, you confirm you have the right to share it with us. We use it only to design your piñata. We may decline requests we can't make or don't feel comfortable making.
This website
Website content, photos and designs belong to Piñatas Aylin OKC unless noted. Please don't copy them without permission. We work to keep information accurate, but prices, availability and details can change.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
