Custom order FAQ
How far in advance should I order?
At least 2–3 weeks for simple designs and 4–6 weeks for complex custom pieces. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee, so call us about your timeline.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. Delivery is free on orders over $200 within the OKC Metro and starts at $25 for smaller orders. Pickup in Oklahoma City is always available.
Can you match a specific character or theme?
Yes. Share photos of your inspiration and we'll design a handcrafted piece that captures it.
What size piñata do I need?
For kids' parties, medium (18–24") fits 10–15 children and large (24–30") fits 15–25. For adult parties or display, size is about visual impact.
Are your piñatas meant to be broken?
Yes, they're fully functional. Many clients keep luxury pieces as keepsakes, and we can reinforce any design for display.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle and major credit cards. A 50% deposit starts a custom order and the balance is due before delivery or pickup.
Can I see my piñata before it's finished?
Yes. We send progress photos while we work, and we're happy to make adjustments.
What if I need to change my order?
Small changes like color tweaks are usually free. Bigger design changes may add time and cost, and we'll always talk with you first.
